I know it didn't come out as well as my Rin and Len or Hatsune Miku sprites, but...ehh...I spent at least 2 days on it; I couldn't get the coat or hair right. *m*

Also, you may want to give him a transparent BG. I understand you're using MSPaint. There's a free-source Photoshop called Pixlr that I forgot to add in my recent comment on your page. You can make BGs transparent there.
When you're at Pixlr, open this sprite from browsing, then use the Wand tool to select the white area. From there, go to Edit > Invert Selection.
Then Ctrl + C.
After, go to File > New Image.
Select the two checkboxes there (Create from clipboard and transparent background), then click "OK". Then walla, transparency.
After this, save your new transparent sprite onto your computer and there you go. ^^
